Today’s Stoic
“When you are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself and study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.”
Marcus Aurelius · Meditations
What it means today

Anger at another’s fault is almost always a projection we have not examined. Turning the mirror on your own failings does two things: it humbles you, and it dissolves the anger.

Try this todayThe next time someone’s fault enrages you, spend a minute naming one of your own.
